We are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a man was assaulted in Southampton city centre.
The incident, which happened at Belmont Kitchen, took place around 2.30am on the morning of Sunday 23 July.
Officers from Winchester’s City Centre Team, along with the District Priority Crime Team and the Violent Crime Taskforce, completed a day of action yesterday (26 July) to target shoplifting in the city centre.
It comes after two pedestrians were serious injured during an incident in the car park of the Tesco Superstore on Hamble Lane on Wednesday 1 December 2021.
Officers investigating the serious assault of two men on Shirley Road, Southampton, on Sunday evening (23 July) are now appealing to the public for information.
The charges come after a suspected County Line drug line was reportedly identified between Merseyside and into Fareham, Gosport and Portsmouth areas.
