Operation Rochester was an investigation we conducted into the deaths of elderly patients at the Gosport War Memorial Hospital following allegations that patients admitted since 1989 for rehabilitative or respite care were inappropriately administered Diamorphine and other opiate drugs at levels or in circumstances that hastened or caused death.
