Violent Crime
Issued 28 July 2026
We remain committed to tackling violent crime and building public trust and confidence in policing. We will focus on preventing and investigating violence against women and girls, domestic abuse, and other violent offences, while working with partners to safeguard victims, pursue offenders, and make our communities safer.
Rural Crime
Issued 28 July 2026
Through intelligence-led policing, we will continue to target crime affecting our rural communities. This includes focusing on offences such as poaching, burglary, theft from motor vehicles, and other crimes that impact those living and working in rural areas. We will work closely with partners, landowners, and local residents to prevent offending, identify offenders, and protect vulnerable locations.
ASB
Issued 28 July 2026
We will continue to tackle anti-social behaviour across Test Valley, with a particular focus on reported issues in Andover and Romsey town centres. Working alongside partner agencies, we will address the illegal use of off-road motorcycles in public spaces, target behaviour linked to drug use, and increase visible patrols in areas where communities have identified ongoing concerns.
