Hello I am the local Inspector for Cosham and Paulsgrove. Our priorities are Anti Social Behaviour in the area and Retail theft and violent crime on Cosham High Street

I am a dedicated and experienced police sergeant with a diverse operational background, including frontline response, roads policing, and neighbourhood policing. I joined the police originally in 2004. I previously served as a Neighbourhood Sergeant in Thames Valley Police before transferring to Hampshire in 2020. I am committed to delivering high standards of community policing, working collaboratively to reduce crime, safeguard the vulnerable, and enhance public confidence. I take a firm and proactive approach in dealing with those who pose a threat to the safety and wellbeing of our communities, ensuring that offenders are held to account and that residents feel safe and supported.

I have been a Police officer In Hampshire Constabulary for 21 years and have worked within neighbourhood policing since 2008. During my time within NPT I have worked in all of the geographical areas of Portsmouth, having been based at Southsea, Fratton & Portsmouth Central Police stations during my career. My experience gained within NPT has provided me with a good understanding of the diverse communities I serve and I enjoy the challenge that each aspect of community Policing provides. I moved to the Cosham & Paulsgrove Neighbourhood Policing team in 2021.

I enjoy forging good relationships with partner agencies in order to assist in problem solving longer term issues, encouraging a joint approach to tackle crime & anti-social behaviour in the community. I am looking to forward to meeting many people within the local Paulsgrove community as your Designated Neighbourhood Officer and I am always happy to listen to any concerns you may have regarding the Paulsgrove area.

My name is PC Hannah Kelleher and I am the local bobby for Paulsgrove!

I have recently taken over from PC Rory Davies having joined the Portsmouth North Neighbourhoods Team from CID.
I really enjoy getting stuck into the problems that are affecting the community the most. I want to hear from the residents of Paulsgrove in order to understand what I can do to make your area a safer place to live.

I will be listing regular community events on our website, where I hope to see as many of you as possible.
