We've made four arrests and are appealing for witnesses and information after a man in his 50s was seriously assaulted on Sunday night at Victorious Festival on Southsea Common.
The collision involved a White Nissan Primastar van and a red and cream Lambretta motorcycle on the A27

The incident was reported to us after 10.30am today (Sunday 25 August).
We are appealing for information and further witnesses following a report of an indecent exposure on Queen Street, Portsmouth on Wednesday 14 August.
Shortly before and after 2pm, the man was seen with a visible hand injury in the areas of Farlington Road, Laburnum Road, Queens Road, Pink Road and Chichester Road.
