By registering with the system it enables Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary to request the relevant footage from you via NICE Investigate. You will receive an email notification asking you to provide the relevant footage associated with an investigation.
The footage no longer will need to be download to a memory stick or burnt to a CD. The system enables you to send the footage via an online portal quickly and easily.

Your address and nominated contact details as well as any registered cameras would be visible to Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary along with the media that you submit in response to a request for footage.
There are no editing functions in the online portal. Once it is received by Hampshire and Isle fo Wight Constabulary the original submitted version is always kept, hashed protected and cannot be edited.
No. By registering with the system you are making it easier for us to request the footage we require to help an investigation. The only footage we will have access to will be the footage you send us.
No. Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary cannot access the portal. When you register it is only you who has access to the portal. By registering and uploading your camera details it makes the process of sharing footage with Hampshire and Iself of Wight Constabulary much quicker and easier.
