Have you seen Owen Fletcher?
The 35-year-old is wanted in connection with investigations into offences in Havant last month, including causing grievous bodily harm, actual bodily harm, stalking and making threats to kill.
Our officers have been making enquiries to locate Fletcher, with our arrest team attending addresses connected to him and visiting his acquaintances to try and find him, and we are now asking for any information to aid our search.
Fletcher lives in Havant and also has links to Hayling Island. He is described as: White, bald, 5ft 8ins tall, of heavy build with a short brown beard.
If you have any information about his whereabouts, please call 999 immediately, quoting the reference 44260220037. You can also make a report online: https://www.hampshire.police.uk/tua/tell-us-about/cor/tell-us-about-existing-case-report/
Alternatively, you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers 100% anonymously on 0800 555 111, or via their anonymous online form at crimestoppers-uk.org
We would like to remind people that anyone found to be harbouring Fletcher to deliberately obstruct our attempts to locate him may be committing an offence and be liable for arrest themselves.
