Two teenagers have been arrested after officers received reports that number plates were being stolen from vehicles at Fleet Services last night.
Officers deployed to the scene after being called at 11.40pm on Wednesday 13 May and carried out an area search.
An Audi A4 was located on Minley Road, Blackwater, at around 12.15am this morning and number plates, a tool case, power drill and gloves were located inside the vehicle.
A 19-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy, both from Blackwater, were arrested on suspicion of theft from a motor vehicle and going equipped for theft.
They remain in custody while our enquiries continue.
