Officers investigating a number of theft from car incidents in Basingstoke have arrested a man.
We received reports that 22 vehicles had been accessed in various parts of the town between 22 January and 7 February.
Items were stolen from some of the cars, while others were damaged.
Some of the locations included Kingsclere Road, St Michael's Road, Messner Street, Rossetti Close, Barbel Avenue, The Rushes, Camberry Close, Gainsborough Road, Shooters Way and Parkside Road.
Officers launched an investigation and made an arrest on Sunday 9 February.
A 27-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of 22 counts of theft from a vehicle. He has been bailed with conditions, pending further enquiries.
