Witness appeal after robbery in Bishops Waltham

We are appealing for witnesses following a robbery in Bishops Waltham.

The incident happened between 1pm and 1.25pm on 29 October.

The victim, a woman in her 50s, reported that whilst she was walking on Chalky Lane (just off of Free Street) an unknown man threatened her with a knife, asked her to expose herself, and then stole her phone and jacket.

The suspect made off towards Bishops Waltham town centre.

He is described as being a white man with an olive complexion, around 6ft 3ins, in his early 30s, with dark hair. He spoke with a British accent and appeared unwashed. He was wearing a light grey hoody with the hood up, light denim jeans, trainers, and a grey and blue camouflage snood.

Officers have conducted a number of enquiries and are now asking the public for any information that may assist our investigation.
