We are appealing for witnesses and information following a report of a criminal damage incident at Fleet Pond.
Officers received a report that a wooden pontoon deck, near to the train station, had been damaged by a group of youths at around 6pm on Wednesday 25 March.
Since this was reported to us, officers have been carrying out enquiries and would like to hear from witnesses.
Were you in the area yesterday? Did you witness any suspicious activity near the pontoon? Do you have any mobile phone footage that could help our enquiries?
Anyone with information is asked to contact 101, quoting 44260141943. You can also report online via our website: How to tell us about an existing case or report | Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary
