We are appealing for witnesses following two burglaries in Havant and Hayling Island.
It was reported at around 5am on Wednesday 3 June that two men forced entry into a property on Seaview Road, Hayling Island, and stole multiple items including tools and copper wiring. They were then seen to leave the property in a '25 plate' white Enterprise van.
Later that morning at around 7.30am three men were seen climbing over a fence of a construction site, on Pallant Road, Havant, before exiting with steel beams and tools which they loaded into a '25 plate' white Enterprise van, before leaving the site.
A 19-year-old from Portsmouth was arrested on suspicion of burglary dwelling - with intent to steal and burglary other than dwelling with intent to steal. He has been bailed while enquiries continue.
