Appeal for witnesses following fatal collision in Winchester

We are issuing an appeal for witnesses and dash cam footage following a fatal collision in Winchester.
Police were called just before 6pm yesterday evening (Tuesday 13 January) to a report of a collision on Stockbridge Road, between the junctions of Stoney Lane and Butts Close.
This involved a silver Mercedes A150 and a female pedestrian who sadly died at the scene.
As part of our investigation into the circumstances surrounding this collision we would like to speak to any witnesses and anyone with dash cam or CCTV footage who have not already spoken to us.
