We are appealing for witnesses and information following a burglary at Boorley Green Community Centre, Wallace Avenue, Botley.
It’s believed the incident occurred at some point shortly before 1am on Monday 5 May.
Entry was forced to the building via the glass front door. The door was smashed, along with three other windows along the side of the property. The value of the damage is believed to be in excess of £1,000. No items were reported stolen.
Did you witness anything of the burglary? Do you have any footage, including doorbell camera, CCTV, mobile phone or dash cam, which may assist us in our investigation?
Do you recall seeing two teenagers, aged between 16 and 19 years, in the area at the time of the incident? We’d like to speak to them in connection with the incident.
The teenagers are described as wearing face coverings. One was wearing a red hooded top and another was wearing a T-shirt. Both were last seen running towards Kingsman Drive and onto Merion Road.
If you can help with any of the above, or have any other information which may assist in our enquiries, please call 101 and quote incident number 44250194680.
