We’re appealing for witnesses following an incident in Ryde yesterday morning (14 January).
Police were told that between 7am and 9am a man had been following women and girls in the Daniel Street, Monkton Street and St John’s Road areas.
Officers attended and arrested a 26-year-old man. He has been bailed with conditions until 15 April while our enquiries continue.
As part of our investigation we are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed or experienced any behaviour of this nature in Ryde around this time.
