We are appealing for witnesses after an indecent exposure incident in Winchester yesterday (27 November).
At around 4pm on Winchester High Street, near O’Neils, it was reported that a man pulled down his trousers exposing himself to members of the public.
On officer arrival, he assaulted a Police Community Support Officer and a quantity of suspected Class A drugs were located on his person.
A 38-year-old man from Southampton was arrested on suspicion of exposure, assaulting an emergency worker, and possession of a Class A drug.
He remains in custody at this time.
