Do you recognise this man?
Officers investigating a theft from motor vehicle series in Winchester are hoping to speak with him in connection to their investigation.
We have received over 40 reports of vehicles being broken into between 10 and 25 October, with key times being between 12am and 5am.
Areas targeted have been Otterbourne, Allbrook, Shawford and Compton, Twyford, and Colden Common.
Items including fishing gear, toolboxes, and loose change have been reported stolen.
We have conducted a number of enquiries and are now turning to the public for help in identifying him.
He is described as being a white man, around 5ft 8ins tall, thin build, with light brown hair and facial hair.
If you know who he is, or have any information on these incidents, please call 101 with reference 44230430592. You can also submit information online via: https://www.hampshire.police.uk/tua/tell-us-about/cor/tell-us-about-existing-case-report/
We wanted to take this opportunity to remind motorists to make sure you remove valuables from your vehicle and lock it.
It is also worth checking that any security lights you may have work, and if you have CCTV make sure it is functioning.
