We are appealing for information following a burglary in Havant on Tuesday morning (January 3).
At approximately 8.30am, two men entered a property on Hursley Road and stole a French Bulldog puppy.
They then left the address and ran away in the direction of Testwood Road, leading onto Bramdean Drive.
Both men are described as:
We do not have an approximate age for the men, however we believe they were both aged between 16 and 30-years-old.
Officers have been conducting extensive lines of enquiry since this incident was reported to us and are now asking the public for any information that may assist our investigation.
Were you in the area at the time? Did you see these two men running from the address or near the address? Did you see these men holding a puppy?
We believe a silver car, seen in the area at the time, may have been involved in this incident. Did you see two men getting into or exiting a silver car in the area?
We are asking anyone who saw anything to please report it to us. Perhaps you were driving through the area at the time and have dash cam footage that may assist our enquiries? Or maybe you live locally and have CCTV or Ring Doorbell footage? We are particularly interested in any footage from between 8.20am and 8.40am on Tuesday 3 January.
We would also like to hear from you if you have been offered the pictured French Bulldog puppy for sale.
We would like to reassure our residents that we believe this to be an isolated incident at the current time.
