We are appealing for witnesses following a three-vehicle collision in Shalden yesterday afternoon (July 5).
Police were called just before 3pm to the incident, which involved a Nissan Note and Honda Civic, which were both travelling northbound on the B3349, and a Ford Transit van driving in the opposite direction.
Three people reported serious injuries, two men in their 30s and 40s and a woman in her 80s, and one person, a woman in her 70s, reported minor injuries in the collision.
Enquiries into the exact circumstances of the collision are ongoing and officers are keen to hear from anyone who can assist.
We are particularly keen to speak with the driver of a black Volkswagen who we believe may have witnessed the incident but had not been able to remain at the scene for us to talk with.
If you have any information to assist our enquiries, then please call 101, quoting the reference 44220268292.
