Witness appeal launched after aggravated burglary in Fleet

We are appealing for witnesses, or anyone with information, to come forward after an aggravated burglary in Church Crookham.

It comes after a disturbance outside a property on Aldershot Road in Church Crookham in the early hours of this morning (Sunday 7 August).

A man is reported to have been threatened and assaulted by a group of three unknown men.

It is alleged that they then forcibly escorted him into the rear of vehicle, before being driven away from the scene.

The man is believed to have been further threatened, before the men gained access to the home address and stealing a quantity of cash and a grey Audi S3. The vehicles were then seen to flee towards the direction of the Wyvern Pub.

Officers have been conducting initial enquires in the area today, but are now appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or the moments leading up to or shortly afterwards, to come forward.
