Gross misconduct hearing outcome
Officer concerned: Former PC Jack Hibberd-Miller

Summary of allegations
It was alleged that former PC Jack Hibberd-Millier made unsolicited and unwelcome sexual comments to a female colleague on numerous occasions, during a night out in June 2025.
The former officer was also alleged to have touched the same officer, on more than one occasion that evening, without consent.
It was further alleged that the former officer made an offensive gesture whilst attending a quiz night in a public house.
Outcome
All allegations were found proven and amounted to Gross Misconduct. The Panel found this amounted to a breach of the standards of behaviour in respect of Discreditable Conduct.
Sanction
The officer would have been dismissed without notice had he not already resigned. He was placed on the College of Policing Barred List.
