Summary of Conduct
PC Anghelina admitted to initiating and exchanging messages with a phone number linked to the facilitation of sex workers in April 2024.
It was further alleged that between April 2023 and January 2025, the officer demonstrated a pattern of misusing of police systems, accessing records without a policing purpose and while off duty.
Outcome
All allegations were found to be proven and amounted to gross misconduct, breaching the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of Discreditable Conduct, Duties and Responsibilities, Confidentiality, Honesty and Integrity (integrity only).
Sanction
The panel passed a sanction of dismissal without notice and he will be placed on the Barred List for a minimum of five years.
