Summary of Conduct
It is alleged that former PC Jack Hibberd-Millier made unsolicited and unwelcome sexual comments to a female colleague on numerous occasions, during a night out in June 2025.
The former officer is also alleged to have touched the same officer, on more than one occasion that evening, without consent.
It is further alleged that the former officer made an offensive gesture whilst attending a quiz night in a public house.
These actions are a breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour, namely Discreditable Conduct.
It is assessed that these matters individually and collectively amount to gross misconduct, namely a breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour that, if proved, is so serious that this officer’s dismissal would be justified, if he was still serving.
