Summary of allegations
It is alleged that whilst off duty at a work-related social event, the former Special Constable intentionally touched two colleagues without their consent.
This conduct amounts to a breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour, namely, Authority, Respect and Courtesy ans Discreditable Conduct.
It is assessed that these matters individually and collectively amount to gross misconduct, namely a breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour that is so serious as to justify dismissal.
