We are currently working through a backlog of applications, this includes grants, renewals, variations and transfers, and you may experience some delays. We are working hard to bring down these waiting times.

Applying online is the quickest and most efficient way to apply.

We'd appreciate your support with the following:

• Please only submit paper applications if absolutely necessary. One of our team will contact you on receipt of a paper application to discuss if help can be provided to complete the application online.
• All payments should be made online.
• Please make sure your application is complete with all the required information and mandatory documents. Any incomplete applications will be rejected, and your licence fee refunded.
