We offer four entry routes in to Policing, but don’t worry if you are unsure which entry route, or career pathway is best for you. Apply and we can discuss your application with you during the process.

Starting salary: £31,907 (which includes £2,000 South-East allowance). On the current salary scales, after seven years of service your salary will be in excess of £50,000 (which includes £2,000 South-East allowance).

Competitive Annual Leave entitlement: 22 days paid leave each year, rising to 25 days after two year's service and 27 days after ten years service.
