Witness appeal

We’re appealing for witnesses after thousands of pounds worth of tools was stolen from a building site in Hook.

Officers were called after entry was forced to the construction site in Griffin Way North, between 10.20pm and 11pm on April 11.

Portable cabin windows were smashed and tools and building equipment worth more than £8,000 were stolen from inside.

Three men were seen leaving in a white Ford Transit van, which turned right onto the A30 into Hook village.

Did you see a vehicle matching this description in the area that night?

Did you see anyone acting suspiciously?

Officers are particulary keen to speak to anyone who may have dash cam footage from the A30 at around that time.
