We are appealing for witnesses following a fail to stop collision involving a young cyclist in Chandler’s Ford.

We received a report regarding a collision involving an 11-year-old cyclist and a grey Ford Fiesta, which happened at 4.30pm on March 16, on Lakewood Road.

The cyclist, a boy, came off his bike and suffered injuries to his neck and was treated for concussion at the Royal Hampshire County Hospital.

The driver of the Fiesta failed to stop at the scene.

Officers investigating the collision would like to speak to any witnesses who saw what happened or anyone who knows who the driver is.
