A man has been charged with shoplifting after items were stolen from stores in Basingstoke.
Terrell Taylor-Swhyer, 21, of Taverner Close, Basingstoke, has been charged with three counts of theft from a shop.
It comes after officers received reports that items, including alcohol, were stolen from Tesco on Carpenters Down and Premier on Vyne Road between 7 January and 20 February.
Officers launched an investigation and made an arrest yesterday (5 March).
Taylor-Swhyer has since been charged and bailed with conditions. He is due to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on Thursday 20 March.
