Two men have been arrested as part of a burglary investigation in the Winchester, Basingstoke and Alton areas.
Officers received reports of six recent burglaries, which are believed to be linked:
Since the incidents were reported to us, officers have been carrying out extensive enquiries and two men were arrested in Oxford on Monday 27 January.
A 36-year-old man from Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, and a 28-year-old man from Craigavon, Northern Ireland, were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit a burglary dwelling with intent to steal.
The pair have been bailed with conditions, pending further enquiries.
