A man has been charged with vehicle interference following an incident in Basingstoke yesterday.
We were called at 2.30am on 23 January to a report that a man had gained access to a BMW in the Buckskin area.
Officers attended the scene and made an arrest.
Nathan Threshie, 37, of Colyer Close, Basingstoke, has since been charged with vehicle interference.
He has been bailed with conditions and is due to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on 18 February.
