A teenager has been arrested on suspicion of a drug offence following a proactive stop in Basingstoke.
Officers spotted suspicious activity on Alliston Way at around 8.30pm on Saturday 7 September.
They searched a Toyota Prius and found suspected Class A drugs and £450 in cash. All items were seized.
An 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A.
He was also arrested on suspicion of driving a vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence and using a motor vehicle without third party insurance.
He has been bailed with conditions, pending further enquiries.
