Three teenage boys have been arrested in Peak Close and Percy Road, Southampton on suspicion of a vehicle theft reported in New Milton last month.
A 17-year-old boy from Bournemouth was arrested on suspicion of theft of motor vehicle, driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, driving a motor vehicle dangerously and failing to stop a mechanically propelled vehicle when required by constable.
A 17-year-old boy from Totton was arrested on suspicion of theft of motor vehicle, driving a motor vehicle dangerously and failing to stop a mechanically propelled vehicle when required by a constable.
A 16-year-old boy from Bournemouth was arrested on suspicion of theft of motor vehicle, driving a motor vehicle dangerously and failing to stop a mechanically propelled vehicle when required by a constable.
The vehicle, now recovered, was reported stolen on Station Road, New Milton overnight between Monday 26 August and Tuesday 27 August.
All three boys, who were arrested in the early hours of this morning (Tuesday 10 September), remain in police custody at this time.
