Anthony Moody, 36, of Station Road, Aldershot, has been charged with possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A and possessing an offensive weapon in a private place.
It comes after officers attended an address in Aldershot on 8 June and found suspected Class A drugs, drug paraphernalia, a baton, and more than £1,500 in cash.
