A man has been jailed for 20 weeks after he breached a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) which banned him from entering Rushmoor for two years.
Daniel Jankovic, 27, of no fixed abode, was charged with breaching a CBO, which had been issued on 18 April last year, after he was spotted on Holly Road in Farnborough on 5 September.
Jankovic admitted the offence and was jailed for 20 weeks at Winchester Crown Court yesterday (10 October).
Rushmoor Inspector Mike Hall said: "A CBO was imposed in April last year, which banned Jankovic from entering Rushmoor for two years, but he brazenly ignored this and was located in Farnborough last month.
"We hope this reassures people that we will continue to take action and enforce CBOs that have been granted by the courts."
