A man has been charged with a drugs offence following a proactive stop in Aldershot.
Officers stopped a man walking on Manor Road and found 45 bags of cannabis at around 10.15am on Wednesday 9 October.
A man was arrested at the scene.
Qazim Dodgini, 26, of no fixed abode, has since been charged with possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class B.
He is due to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates Court today (11 October).
A 29-year-old man arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug of Class B and common assault of an emergency worker following an incident on Manor Road on the same day has been bailed with conditions, pending further enquiries.
