Man, 23, charged after cannabis factory is found in Sherfield on Loddon

A man has been charged after officers discovered a cannabis factory in Sherfield on Loddon.
Officers attended an address on Rockbourne Road yesterday (2 October) and found more than 100 cannabis plants in various stages of growth.
A man was arrested at the scene.
Hoang Binh, 23, of no fixed abode, has now been charged with being concerned in the production of a controlled drug of Class B.
He is due to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates Court today (3 October).
