Witness appeal following burglary in Basingstoke

We are appealing for witnesses and information following reports of a burglary in Basingstoke.

Officers were called this morning (6 November) to a report that Morrisons on Elmwood Parade had been accessed at around 2.50am.

A number of items, including cigarettes and tobacco products, were stolen from inside the building.

Officers have attended the scene and an investigation has been launched.

We would like to hear from anyone who may have information which may help our investigation.
