A man has appeared in court after he was charged with a number of offences in Basingstoke and Andover.

It comes after officers received reports that a woman had been assaulted, a car had been damaged and a man had been seen with a knife in Beggarwood on 4 October.
Meanwhile, officers located suspected Class A and Class B drugs as well as £240 in cash following a search on Micheldever Road, Andover, on 13 November.
O’Leary was arrested and later charged. He appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates Court yesterday (18 November) and was remanded into custody.
He is due to appear at Winchester Crown Court on Wednesday 18 December.
