A man has been arrested on suspicion of being involved in the supply of Class A drugs in Andover.
Officers from Andover’s District Policing Team stopped a vehicle in Newbury Road at around 10.20pm on Wednesday 28 February.
They found wraps of suspected Class A drugs during a search of the vehicle. A quantity of cash was also found and seized.
The driver, a 25-year-old man from Andover, was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a drug of Class A.
He has since been released on police bail with conditions until Tuesday 28 May, while we carry out further enquiries.
