Man, 26, arrested after officers find suspected Class A drugs in Aldershot

A man has been arrested on suspicion of a drugs offence following a proactive stop in Aldershot.
In the early hours of this morning (12 June), officers stopped a black Mercedes on Princes Way.
Following a search, officers located suspected Class A drugs and cash.
A 26-year-old man from London was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A and driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence. The vehicle was also seized.
The man remains in custody while our enquiries continue.
