A 22-year-old man from Basingstoke has been charged with five offences, including vehicle interference and attempt burglary.
The charges follow reports of incidents in Botley, Fair Oak, Bishopstoke and Southampton, between Monday 17 June and Tuesday 2 July.
Max Ryan Plaister, of Worthing Road has been charged with the following offences;
• Vehicle interference
• Attempt burglary dwelling with intent to steal
• Fail to provide specimen for analysis
• Fail to stop a mechanically propelled vehicle when required by a constable
• Common assault of an emergency worker
Plaister appeared at Southampton Magistrate’s Court this morning (Wednesday 3 July) and has been remanded in custody to appear at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court next Wednesday (10 July).
