A man has been arrested on suspicion of a drugs offence following a proactive stop in Farnborough.
Officers stopped a Honda car on Union Street just before midnight on Saturday 13 July.
A man attempted to run away from officers and a short foot chase ensued.
Officers located the man on Elm Grove Road and found four wraps of suspected Class A drugs and £260 in cash following a search.
A 21-year-old man from Hounslow was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A and using a motor vehicle on a road without third party insurance.
He has been bailed with conditions, pending further enquiries.
