Andover man charged with harassment

A man has been charged with harassing a woman in Andover.
Adam John Felton, 36, of Turin Court in Andover, has been charged with one count of harassment involving fear of violence, and one count of harassment, relating to an alleged course of conduct between 16 and 25 July 2024.
Felton was remanded in custody to appear before Basingstoke Magistrates Court on 27 July where he was further remanded.
He is due to appear before Winchester Crown Court on 28 August.
