A man has been arrested on suspicion of a drugs offence after officers found suspected Class A drugs in Basingstoke.
Officers were in the Sarum Hill area of Basingstoke yesterday (30 January) and noticed a man acting suspiciously.
After carrying out a search, officers found suspected Class A drugs and cash.
A 28-year-old man, from Broxbourne, Hertfordshire, was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A.
He remains in custody and our enquiries are ongoing.
