A man and a woman have been arrested on suspicion of drugs offences after officers carried out a warrant in Oakley today.
Officers attended a property on Chestnuts Close this morning (21 February) and found cannabis, drug paraphernalia, phones, cash and a number of bank cards.
A 30-year-old woman from Oakley was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug of Class B and theft.
A 30-year-old man from Oakley was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug of Class B and theft.
He was also arrested on suspicion of affray. This relates to a report of a man threatening people with a knife on Chestnuts Close on 13 February.
Both remain in custody and our enquiries are ongoing.
