Three teenagers arrested following proactive stop in Aldershot

Three teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of knife and imitation firearm offences following a proactive stop in Aldershot.
Officers on a proactive patrol noticed suspicious behaviour on Redan Road at around 1.50pm on Saturday 10 August.
They stopped an Audi A3 and carried out a search on Ash Road. Inside, they located a knife, an imitation firearm and counterfeit UK driving licences. All items were seized.
An 18-year-old man from Woking, an 18-year-old man from Chertsey and a 17-year-old boy from Cranleigh were arrested on suspicion of:
- Possessing an imitation firearm in a public place
- Possessing a knife blade / sharp pointed article in a public place
- Making a false instrument with intent it be accepted as genuine
They have all been bailed with conditions, pending further enquiries.
