A teenage girl has today pleaded guilty to violent disorder following a protest in Aldershot.
The 13-year-old from Aldershot, who cannot be named for legal reasons, admitted the charge at Basingstoke Magistrates Court today (13 August).
She was bailed and is due to be sentenced at the same court on Monday 30 September.
It comes after reports of disorder at a protest outside Potters International Hotel on Wednesday 31 July.
Seven men were also charged with violent disorder and six appeared at the same court today, they are:
Howell was also charged with assault by beating of an emergency worker and pleaded not guilty to this offence.
The six men gave no indication of plea for the charge of violent disorder. They were bailed with conditions and are due to appear at Winchester Crown Court on Wednesday 4 September.
Perrie Fisher, 28, of Hillside Road, Farnham, was charged with violent disorder but failed to appear today and the court issued a warrant for his arrest.
Meanwhile, a man charged with assaulting police officers who were investigating reports of disorder at the protest in Aldershot also appeared at the same court today.
Officers visited the hotel on Saturday 3 August and were assaulted by a man. One officer had to go to hospital with a minor injury.
Steven Tiquin, 40, Grosvenor Road, Aldershot, was charged with four counts of assaulting an emergency worker, affray and a racially aggravated public order offence.
He gave no indication of plea and was bailed with conditions. He is due to appear at Winchester Crown Court on Wednesday 4 September.
