A man has been charged and remanded into custody following two burglaries in Southampton.
On Saturday 10 August a handbag was stolen from a woman in her 40s at the Flower Factory on Onslow Road.
On Thursday 15 August entry was gained to an address on Cossack Green and a laptop and phone were taken. The occupant, a woman in her 80s, was at home at the time of the incident but was not injured.
Ryan James Harvey, 28, of no fixed abode, was arrested on Saturday (17 August) and has now been charged with two counts of burglary.
He has been remanded into custody and is next due to appear at Southampton Crown Court on Monday 16 September.
