A man has been arrested in connection to a sexual assault in Nursling.
It was reported to police that on 12 August a woman was approached in the Post Office on Nursling Street by an unknown man working as an Amazon delivery driver.
He then reportedly slapped her bottom and groped her, exposed himself, and made sexual comments.
On the same day, it was also reported that a delivery driver in a white van approached a woman on Ganders Mead and made sexual comments to her. When she drove off the man followed in his van.
A further incident was reported where a teenage girl was approached by a man she believed to be a delivery driver.
Officers investigating believe the incidents to have all been the same man.
This morning, 21 August, a 28-year-old man from Wembley was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault. He remains in custody at this time.
